We must confess that this post made us very, very hungry. Easter in Madrid is not to forget the exquisite traditional sweets that are carefully made by artisans in the city centre.Do you know where does this tradition come from? Let us tell you...Ancient times, while vigil cristians where not allowed to eat meat and therefore this forced cooks to squiz their brains and create different dishes where one could turn into a real sinner.
