The rental price of our Mobility Products are set for full days, regardless of the time of collection or delivery (at our store or using home delivery service).
Store opening hours for collection and delivery of Mobility Products are (Monday-Friday) from 10.30h to 14h and from 17.00h to 20h.
Home/Hotels Pick-up and delivery times are from Monday to Friday from 10.30h to 12.30h. (Excepting bank holidays).
Deposit will be refunded to the client once the rental product has been returned and we verify the product is in perfect condition. Once the Mobility product is returned, refund will be processed in the same method as payment was made.
A total cancellation of the reservation, as well as modifications to the reservation details can be made without penalty up to 48 hours prior to producto pick-up. No amount will be refunded in those rentals returned in advance.
Depending on availability, the requested product or one of similar characteristics will be delivered.
