Pick-up at Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport: The meeting point is located at the airport’s arrivals hall, once you have collected your luggage. Your driver will be waiting for you displaying the name of your reservation on a tablet.
Our driver's courtesy waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes after the flight has landed. After this time, a charge of 95 EUR will be made for each additional hour of waiting.
Pick-up at Madrid-Puerta de Atocha train station: The meeting point is located at the main ASSISTANCE SERVICE office, located in front of the Tropical Garden (located on the ground floor of the station). Your driver will be waiting for you displaying the name of your reservation on a tablet.
If you have outsized luggage, like a portable hoist or shower chair, we will arrange a bigger vehicle if needed. This also counts if you are traveling with multiple wheelchair users. In that case, we can schedule multiple cars. Alternatively, we can arrange accessible minivans, adapted coaches, or other types of accessible transportation.
