Product warranty
The warranty period is, by default, three years -except for batteries in electrical products, which is 6 months-. After 6 months it will be the customer's responsibility to prove that the defect in the product was of origin. The guarantee does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or improper handling, incorrect installations, etc., nor materials that are worn by use. During the warranty period, EXTENDED MOBILITY, SL reserves the right to request verification of the origin of the problem from an official technical service of the brand. In the event of a defect caused by misuse, the repair will be billable. In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or return will be chosen, in the legally established terms. www.accessiblemadrid.com will make changes or returns provided that:
a) Previously communicate to our Customer Service: This step is essential whatever the reason for the return. You must do so in writing by email to info@accessiblemadrid.com. MOVILIDAD AMPLIADA SL will communicate the steps to follow when returning the item.
b) The item must be properly packed and as it was delivered to the customer for return.
c) After verification, and if the above conditions are met, MOBILIDAD AMPLIADA SL, will proceed, as agreed with the client, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. . www.accessiblemadrid.com is responsible for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two years from delivery. In second-hand products, the seller stipulates a maximum period of 6 months from delivery. The consumer or user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Right of withdrawal (Returns).
The products offered at www.accessiblemadrid.com admit the right of withdrawal. The product will be returned in perfect condition (beyond verification by the customer that the product has been delivered in perfect working order and use). In case of carrying accessories, cables... and they were not returned, or if it is not sent in the same original packaging, the product may suffer a demerit. The deadline to withdraw is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. The return shipping costs will always be borne by THE CUSTOMER. The return guarantee will be excluded:
For hygienic reasons, toiletries, mattresses, hygiene, pillows, cushions and other anti-decubitus products, if these have been removed from their original packaging or open their seal if it was carried.
If the product, once delivered, suffers deterioration caused by external events, accidents or failure to comply with the instructions for use.
If the product is damaged by the wrong assembly, use, installation or configuration of the accessories by the client.
If a breakdown occurs caused by a component not supplied by our company.
If it is a product made to measure, personalized or modified at the request of the client.
If the product is not in perfect condition.
If the packaging has not been properly protected to be received in perfect condition.
