Minimum age to rent: 18 years old.
For safety reasons, this rental product will be only available for store pickup, for those clients who have previously operated powered stairclimbers. Our store address is Calle Cavanilles 7, 28007 Madrid. Phone +34 915701682. We make home delivery in Madrid city center and up to the limits of M-40 (35€ per trip). Beyond M-40 (60€ per trip). Please check the Map Zone.
The minimum rental period is set for 15 days.
Store opening hours for collection and delivery times are (Monday-Friday) from 10.30h to 14h and from 17.00h to 20h.
Home/Hotels Pick-up and delivery times are from Monday to Friday from 10.30h to 12.30h. (Excepting bank holidays).
There is a 200€ refundable deposit per Powered Mobile Stair climber rent. When it is returned, refund will be processed in the same method as payment was made.
If the person who is going to manipulate it, does not have prior knowledge, a tutorial must be carried out prior to the rental. The tutorial cost is €35.
A total cancellation of the reservation, as well as modifications to the reservation details can be made without penalty up to 48 hours prior to producto pick-up. No amount will be refunded in those rentals returned in advance.
Depending on availability, the requested product or one of similar characteristics will be delivered.
