Roho Quadtro Select - Low Profile cushion with 5cm thick cells. Roho Quadtro Select - Low Profile cushion provides an optimal degree of therapeutic skin protection, posture and stability. The ISO FLO valve allows the four sections into which the cushion is divided to be locked to achieve a proper sitting position. Essentially, the air in each section is isolated to keep the person in position. Since the cushion is adjustable, positioning can be achieved progressively or slowly. The division of the cushion also provides a more stable seating surface.

+ Have a history of or at risk for skin/soft tissue breakdown and/or any category/stage pressure injury (including deep tissue injury), skin grafts, and/or myocutaneous flap surgery

+ Have normal or impaired sensation

+ Require accommodation of pelvic asymmetry, up to approximately 1 in. / 2.5 cm

Exclusive Iso Flo system

This air cushion has four chambers and a valve. When the valve opens, the cushion inflates, and the user can control the desired air pressure, depending on their need. When we close the valve, its unique system called Memory Iso Flo the cushion locks in the desired seating position, blocking the air in the four chamber compartments. The air from each valve is isolated from the others, so the user maintains his position. But we can also disable this function to use it as a normal air cushion. With this system it is possible to improve stability enormously, preventing the user from going from side to side or from front to back.
