This initiative in which you can taste the snacks more cools, the most amazing burgers or hot dogs at the most authentic American style, at a flea market located in the magnificent setting of AZCA in Paseo de la Castellana, 89, Madrid. The third weekend of each month, Madrid will offer cuisine in all its versions at street level.
MadrEat is a market street food bringing to our city a new concept of kitchen and extended to other cities like New York, Berlin and London. Will be the first Street Food Market to be established in Madrid.
The project aims to support all young chefs and entrepreneurs to showcase new culinary concepts, in an open market where you can taste, hot dogs made in USA, the most amazing alternative burgers, pork bun, chicken bun, wine or artisan beers and typical Galician pies. This spread, in principle, in twenty stands where every third weekend of the month, offered to the public the most varied assortment of proposals.
Renowned chefs like John Husby and Rodrigo Garcia Fonseca, Estanis Cerezo, Luis Arévalo or Iván Domínguez, have prepared unique ideas for this market. But also, the young talent have their space and the opportunity to offer all its projects, always associating food quality and the street.
Sweet Deals like Decakepop, wines by glass in The Flying Cow or coffees of the world in Toma Café are other proposals, which will be adding new features, as the project become more strong.
MadridEat will have a tent with shared kitchen and also have the possibility of cooking courses or wine tastings, we can attend the master class chefs and enjoy a perfect accompaniment: music and live performances to entertain our visit.
And what does it cost? Depends on what you consume. Prices are very competitive and of course, entry is free. Cheer up to meet with friends or family. This will be a great meeting point for Madrid and its citizens.
