Day-to-Day

DAY 1: PICKUP FROM THE AIRPORT AND TRANSFER TO HOTEL

Meeting at the airport arrivals lounge and transfer to the hotel in Madrid

DAY 2: MAJESTIC MADRID TOUR 4H.

This is an entirely step-free accessible guided tour of 4 hour duration. Includes a wheelchair adapted van for transportation. It involves very little walking/rolling. Includes a free scooter. We will discover together the most spectacular buildings and monuments that Madrid has to offer with a panoramic accessible tour around the whole city. Tour Highlights: Plaza Mayor, San Miguel's Food market, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de la Villa, Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza de España, Latina District, Parque del Retiro, Congress, Neptuno Fountain, The Prado Museum, Thyssen Museum, Atocha Station, Cybele Fountain, City Hall, Las Ventas Bullring, Salamanca District, Plaza de Colón, Puerta de Alcalá, Financial District - Modern Madrid, Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Paseo de la Castellana.

DAY 3: SEGOVIA - (FULL DAY TOUR)

Segovia is a must visit UNESCO world heritage site (just 1h drive from Madrid). A historical site that symbolizes the importance of central Spain in the middle ages. Its most famous attractions are: a unique Roman Aqueduct with more than 2000 years of history (the symbol of the city), the incredibly beautiful Alcazar and the last Gothic Cathedral in Spain. All visitors should try its famous roast suckling pig, a quintessential Spanish dish!

DAY 4: TOLEDO (FULL DAY TOUR)

Toledo is one of Europe’s oldest cities and home to famous works by El Greco. The tour includes the Gothic cathedral (entrance included), Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, The Alcazar Fortress, Greco Museum, City gates and bridges, Zocodover Square, Tavera Hospital, The Sinagogues, Santa Cruz Museum..and much more. Toledo mixes Spanish architecture representing the Arab, Gothic, Mudejar, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. Panoramic Tour stopping at the magnificent city viewpoints.

All tours are accessible for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

In case of cancellation between the confirmation date and 46 days before arrival, 30% of the total cost of the trip will be charged. In case of cancellation between 45 and 31 days before arrival, 40% of the total cost of the trip will be charged. In case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the trip will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total trip will be charged.

If the client postpone or modifies the dates of the trip, it will be subject to the cancellation conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph.

No refunds will be made for not having enjoyed any part of the trip, for cancellations made once the trip has begun or early terminations of the trip for any reason.

In those Tours or Packages with airline, boat or train tickets reservations, the customer will pay the entire cost the service. Also applicable for Hotel and Van reservation costs.

Not included: snack/meals and gratuities.

“Taxes included” - Not included: Catalan tourist tax which is payable on arrival in cash euros at Barcelona hotel reception) for tours in Barcelona.

The price includes:
